Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing the GitHub App, creating an account, or using One dollar code review, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

The service uses artificial intelligence to review code in GitHub pull requests. It may analyze diffs, identify risks, and suggest comments, fixes, and tests. The analysis is an assistive tool and does not replace the assessment of a professional responsible for the code.

3. Account and Organization

You are responsible for keeping access to your GitHub account secure, for the permissions granted to the application, and for activity carried out in your organizations. Connect only repositories you are authorized to access. We may suspend access that violates these terms or poses a risk to the service.

4. Credits, Plans, and Billing

One credit is worth US$0.01. Each review deducts the number of credits specified for the selected model and plan. Subscriptions and top-ups may have prices, limits, and conditions shown at the time of purchase. Subscription credits expire at the end of the corresponding cycle; credits from one-time top-ups are valid for 30 days from purchase, as stated in the offer.

5. Refunds

When a review fails after credits have been deducted, the service will attempt to restore the credits charged for that review attempt to the organization's credit balance. Credits charged for a completed review will not be restored solely because the results do not meet a subjective expectation of quality. This clause addresses credit restoration only and makes no promise of a cash refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, third-party rights, or GitHub policies; attempt to gain unauthorized access; submit malware, secrets, or data you are not authorized to share; interfere with service availability; or circumvent limits, billing, or security controls.

7. Intellectual Property and User Content

You retain your rights to the code, diffs, repositories, and other content you submit. You grant us only the license necessary to process that content, perform reviews, and operate the service. The brand, software, and components of One dollar code review belong to their respective owners and are not transferred by these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Generated suggestions may contain errors, omissions, or false positives. Users must review and test every recommendation before incorporating it. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without any guarantee of continuous availability, complete correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the suggestions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, the law, or security practices. We will publish the updated version on this page and indicate its last-updated date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Contact
