Frequently asked questions
Full transparency about credits, processing fees, Fair Use, and where the numbers on this page come from.
What does “$1 = 100 reviews” mean?
One credit is worth $0.01 and, with Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite, covers one review when the billable diff is up to 400 lines with no extra effort. The Starter plan includes 100 credits: up to 100 reviews in that case. With Gemini 3.8 Flash, the same plan covers up to 20 reviews (5 credits each). With Claude Opus 5, up to 1. This is an estimate, not a guarantee for every model or pull request size.
Why is there a processing fee at checkout?
We pass along the card-processing fee (Stripe) so the plan amount is credited net: $1.00 gives you 100 credits and $5.00 gives you 600 credits. Checkout shows the total before payment.
What happens if a pull request exceeds 400 lines?
Fair use multiplies the base cost by the effort level. Up to 400 lines = 1×; 401 to 1200 lines = 2× (a 500-line diff with Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite costs 2 credits); above 1200 = 3× (1201 lines cost 3 credits with Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite). Medium effort with Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite adds credits before the multiplier (2 credits for a 400-line pull request). The gemini-3.7-flash alias costs the same as Gemini 3.8 Flash (5 credits). If the requested model is unavailable, the review uses an available model and the PR footer shows the amount charged.
Do credits expire? Can I cancel at any time?
Plan, top-up, and welcome credits are valid for 30 days. Cancel with one click from the dashboard and keep using your balance until the end of the period, with no penalty.
Where do the numbers on this page come from?
Every confidence metric on this landing page (times, PRs reviewed) comes from a single metrics registry evaluated at build time — with its source, definition, and update date shown alongside the number.
- PRs reviewed — internal estimate: approximate count of reviews published by the app since launch. There is no public metrics dashboard yet. Until the evidence is confirmed, we show only a qualitative description.
- Timings — estimates of the interval between the GitHub webhook arriving and the review being published on the PR. They depend on the selected model and diff size: none of these values is an SLA or guarantee.
- Validity — confirmed numbers show “updated on” with the date of the last revalidation and are automatically removed if they are not revalidated within 90 days.
